Ranjita Devi of VFS Beluri Branch, Bihar, had a small dairy farm. Her husband was a labour in transport business in Purnea Market. The family was barely able to meet the household expenses.
In 2016, she invested a loan of Rs 50,000 from VFS, in purchasing cows.
With 6 cows, at present, her dairy farm produces 20 litres of milk daily.
This increase in purchasing power has given momentum to her plan of expanding the business with the help of VFS.
Now, both her sons have enrolled in English Medium Schools.
As a successful entrepreneur, Ranjita Devi is a true inspiration for all of us.
